In the studio, this piece is affectionately known as “knee to the face.”
These awkward yoga girl are inspired by some of my first yoga sessions, which involved much face-planting in front of the class.
This piece features a half-shoulder stand in a mosaic-style piece using channel inlay. Materials include sterling silver with 21 pieces of chrysocolla, petrified palm root, tigers eye, jade, and rainbow obsidian. It measures around 1.5 x 1.6 x 0.35 inches.
